Owers of what you may ask, well your pet dogs in perticular and why are some of their owners so irresponsible? Our family has two Maltese both females and their both members of our family and live with us in the house. They are not on chains and now that Summer is here we've put a mosquito door on our front door so our dogs can go out whenever they want, they are not aggressive but they do bark at passers by through the fence but being so small there's no way that they could attack anybody they just go outside and enjoy the sun. While that's ok there are owners of dogs in particular who leave their dogs roam the streets and some of them are quite aggressive and there are owners who leave their dogs outside in the garden and some are very big and very aggressive. My wife and daughter often take our dogs for a walk on the lead of course with normally no problem at all but a few days ago they went past a house which is on the same route for walking the dogs as usual but this time it wasn't as pleasant as normal. On their route they often go past houses where there are dogs but in the garden and just bark which is ok but on the day that I'm referring to they went passed a house and the dog was out in the garden, the owner of that house left the gate open which she shouldn't have done and as my wife and daughter passed the house normally without fear but this time the dog came out through the open gate and attacked our eldest dog who is now because of her age blind, my wife and daughter picked up the dogs but not before the dog attacked and bit one of them on the leg, with a bit of luck my daughters boyfriend was with them on his bycycle and defended my wife and daughter and the dogs, to cut a long story short the eldest dog sustained a bite which thankfully wasn't to deep but what if it was a small child taking her dog for a walk perhaps the child couldn't defend herself and the dog attacked her as well as the dog what the consequences could be I can only imagine. That's why I chose this topic to talk about today because actually the dogs are not really to blame even though they may attack it's the owners fault for leaving the dog out on the road or leaving the gate of their house open and therefore not just able to bark but able to attack passers by. So all I really want to say is if you have a dog then look after it and train it so that the dog doesn't attack when it has the chance to and people walking on the road can do so without having to worry about being attacked by that dog or a stray dog on the road, the owners must take responsibility for their pets so if something terrible happens then they will have that on their conscious and especially if the child is severely injured or even in perhaps the worst scenerio catch rabies because the owner didn't get their dog injected every year as they should, so if you have a pet dog then take care of it, look after it and don't just disregard it, you bought or acquired it so you're responsible for it, if you're not willing to do this then don't get a dog get a cat or some other pet instead.
The remains of the unit that were in this position left and we followed them, we went around the outskirts of the village and back into the center. The rest of PIV or what was left of it were already there, we found out that Colin just after he had reached the main hq in the center of the village. We had to go back to the end of the street to see what was happening but as soon as we arrived we came under heavy fire as the enemy had pinpointed this house as our new front line, there was no way that we could reach Eric without getting everyone who attempted a rescue killed and because of the amount of enemy fire we had to fall back, on the way Alan started going berserk saying that he had to go back to fight, he was shooting everywhere so George calmed him down and asked him to take care of the elderly and that seemed to work. By now the village command had decided it was time to leave but first we had to wait for the mortar unit to reach safety. We could not get anywhere near under cons...
