What a last 24 hrs, at long last the mad man in the Kremlin is probably in tears after so many attacks on the occupied Krimea region of Ukraine. Absolutely great news, now perhaps the west can see what Ukraine can do not to civilian targets but military ones by supplying long range missiles. The life line for re-supplying Russian soldiers in Krimea is being targeted not only by misiles but by drones in the sky and on the sea, these are made by Ukraine and with the help of misiles they are cutting off Krimea, the main bridge and ferries were struck overnight as well as military targets, no civilian targets were hit and not many cassulties. These attacks were well planned and maybe Ukraine can now export more food supplies to the countries that need it as well as trying to take back what was part of Ukraine, what a devastating blow to the lunatic Putin who shouldn't have started this war in the first place and to see his soldiers drunk on the front line sends a message to Putin, give in and let us go back to our families alive. Also one of Putins puppets Trump has been found guilty in the US and probably faces jail, I can't see him running for president this time but who knows what will unfold, at last the truth is coming out as was shown by the ruling in court, what will Putin do now without his puppet in charge? It was also great to see videos of train loads of British tanks heading for Ukraine and even aid arriving by road now western aid is heading for Ukraine, now the west is beginning to see why help is so important not only to Ukraine but also to the security of countries bordering it. It's probably wrong for me to be happy with what is unfolding but I am and if the west had supplied these aid packages a long time ago then there wouldn't be so many dead and injured on both sides, what will happen over the months to come I hope will only be more good news. The message is now going out to all dictators in the world don't start a war because communism is dying and the people of the world will get what they want, an ordinary life as every one in the west has because of democracy, long live freedom and free speech, it's about time that the US, NATO and the EU came together as one and helped the lesser supplied military countries like Ukraine. Well that's all for now as I'm going to watch the latest reports from the war zones with a smile on my face almost as big as it was when Croatia got back it's country so long ago.
The remains of the unit that were in this position left and we followed them, we went around the outskirts of the village and back into the center. The rest of PIV or what was left of it were already there, we found out that Colin just after he had reached the main hq in the center of the village. We had to go back to the end of the street to see what was happening but as soon as we arrived we came under heavy fire as the enemy had pinpointed this house as our new front line, there was no way that we could reach Eric without getting everyone who attempted a rescue killed and because of the amount of enemy fire we had to fall back, on the way Alan started going berserk saying that he had to go back to fight, he was shooting everywhere so George calmed him down and asked him to take care of the elderly and that seemed to work. By now the village command had decided it was time to leave but first we had to wait for the mortar unit to reach safety. We could not get anywhere near under cons...
