Writers block

What is writers block well I suppose your mind has shut down for a time because you can't think of a interesting topic to write about and that's what is happening to me today. The reason I think is that yesterday was my pension day and I'm sort of dipressed as I am every first day of the month, one minute you have money and the next after paying bills and what you owe like in my case paying back all the money that I borrowed to go back to Wales to see my mam who wasn't very well, of course I don't regret borrowing the money but I have to pay it back, then having to pay the bills, perhaps not having enough to pay them all but I'll pay them next month but I'm sure I'll get a reminder through the post which I don't like receiving. Now I've got empty pockets except for the odd spec of dust, no money for nothing. What a shame you may say but I'm sure you've been in the same situation, do you get depressed I wonder,I'm sure that you do.Then your family starts going on at you about why you haven't got enough money, so that adds to the depression but tomorrow is another day and I will have got over feeling down in the dumps. Tomorrow if the rain stops which also makes you depressed and the sun comes out I'll feel better like I always do on the second of the month, life must go on no matter how you feel and I don't like letting my followers down when normally I have something interesting to write about, so I apologize for that but at least I wrote something perhaps you found it interesting and can associate to it which will make me a bit happier, I'm thankful for that so that's all for today, short and depressing, I'm sorry, don't forget to share and maybe comment. Well at long last it seems that there may be a break in our heatwave, last night after the temperature hitting a huge 40 degrees it started to thunder and lightning but did the heavens open for rain to fall, no only a few spots, I could probably drink more water than fell from the sky, at least it's a little cooler 19 and set to rise to a reasonable 35 degrees which is a bit more bearable. It's Sunday the end of the weekend and again it seems that my wife and I will be on our own, my youngest daughter and her fiance are going here and there to visit his family and I'm not sure if my eldest daughter will be here so it's going to be a weird Sunday but peaceful. Terrible

Isn't it just terrible to see once again ordinary people being targeted by bombs and mortars and being once again driven from their homes. The orders obviously coming from the top which of course means non other than the war monger himself, Putin and the Ukrainians can't do a thing to stop it except helping with the evacuation of the elderly and sick from the border towns with Russia. It is a familiar site for me after witnessing it myself here in Croatia in 1991, so I know how those people feel being driven from their homes and normal lives not knowing wheater they will return or not by a superior force intent on carrying out their orders by a lunatic dictator. Here in Croatia after so many years people are back in their homes, rebuilt and the villages, towns and cities are back to normal, Croatia has come back from the brink of destruction to become a stronger and better country, all because of the heart and will of the people.
